This service is an hourly support service where our team will meet with you by Zoom for the following services. These services have an approximate hours needed to complete estimate to help you budget.

• Custom Workflow Creation Automations - 1-2 Hours

• Custom Integrations - Make.com, Zapier, Certain CRM's, & AI Services - 1-4 Hours

• AI Custom Bot Creation - Thoughtly AI voice agents custom to your needs - 5-8 Hours

• A2P Campaign Submission - Collect data and complete form for approval - 1-2 Hours

• Phone Number Setup & Grouping - Setup, connect to agents, voicemails - 1-2 Hours

• Website Design & Domain Hosting Setup - Design a website, connect domain - 4-15 Hours

• General Training Consultations - Per Hour Team or Individual LYNC Consulting - As Needed

• Please note: Our hourly rate is $75. This is a generic hourly rate charged for any of the above services. All services have a 1-Hour minimum regardless of time spent. 1-Hour must be paid in advance, remainder can be billed at the end of the call upon completion. Some services require payment in full.
